We are a small business located in Bundaberg that is dedicated to providing high quality tropical fruit for people in Australia. Our sub-tropical growing zone allows us to grow fruits that are not commonly found in Australia and we are thrilled to be able to share them with you!
Finding fresh, naturally-grown tropical fruits can be challenging in Australia. That’s why we’re passionate about delivering rare tropical fruits right to your front door. We believe in learning from and supporting hardworking farmers to not only provide the highest quality fruit, but also to help preserve farm land in Bundaberg from being completely taken by urban developers.
With a team of 20 people, we pack over 800 boxes a week and take pride in our commitment to quality. Our hardworking team, based in Queensland, operates the farm, importation and shipping operations. We value nature and use sustainable/composable packaging materials to keep your fruit fresh in transit.

How Do I Make a Purchase?
Feel free to order on our website www.fruitvital.org 🙂 We appreciate your support of our small business! We do not allow pick-ups from our farm at this time. All purchases must be made through our website.
Can I Pick Up Fruit?
Our farm is not currently open to the public. It will not be available for visits or pickups for the foreseeable future.
We hope to be at local markets again in the future, but we do not have any dates set yet!
For now, the best thing to do is to order from our website and have the fruit delivered to your door.
Can I Return Fruit?
For health, safety, and logistical reasons, we do not accept returns. We do however have a replacement box policy for damaged/lost fruit box.
How Can I Get Free Shipping? We
We have an ongoing free shipping promo, hurray!
How Many Fruits Come In The Box?
We do not know the exact number of fruits that will come in your box because size and shape varies, but we always try our best to pack the box as full as possible. Each box is weighed to make sure it fits the shipping estimates of each size in the product description of every fruit box.
How Can I Place An Order For A Specific Date?
We ship fresh fruit out on Monday- Thursday, so when your order is received is dependent on that as well.
Anytime you need an order to ship on a specific date, we suggest placing your order at least 2 days ahead of time and leaving a note on your order in the “Add a note for the seller” section at checkout with the date you would like it to ship and we will try our best to accommodate based on what we have available.

Can Fruit Vital Ship Fresh Fruit Internationally?
If you live outside of Australia, we can not send you fruits.
